Occupancy: Max 6 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure verification.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Towels Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay over spring break! The condo was spotless and beautifully appointed. Our teenage son slept on the pull out and said it was extremely comfortable as well. We especially appreciated the pool and private beach area, as right down the beach was VERY crowded, while our portion had plenty of room for everyone, regardless of when you headed out there. We also made use of the putt putt, pickleball, sand volleyball, and convenient location to the Baytowne Wharf for extra fun! The condo included beach chairs and games, which were perfect. The close proximity to excellent restaurants was also a bonus. We especially enjoyed Tommy Bahamas and VinTij (tip: they take reservations). The views and great weather made for an amazing family vacation and we were sad to say goodbye to this little piece of paradise on the Gulf.

We had an amazing time at this beachfront condo! It was very convenient for our family to access the pool and beach and it was a bonus that the condo is equipped with some beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for guest use. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our family would definitely come back and stay again!

Great location, nicely decorated, staff was responsive. Great 3rd floor balcony for viewing the gulf, take elevator to the 2nd floor and you walk out to the beach. We liked the utility cart, chairs, and umbrella that were available to use. Loved the Baytown wharf area. Even used that pool on a windy day and it was nice. Definitely want to stay again. Could use a little step stool in the bathroom for little kids to use. Master blinds need work. They seemed broke. Had a large gap in between them. Wear a sleep mask

We had such a great time at this property! It was very clean, updated, and equipped with all amenities and necessities. We have a 1 and 3 year old and there was kids kitchenware as well as kids books, toys, games, which was so nice! They also had beach chairs and an umbrella and some toys. The ocean view was wonderful and the easy access to the pool and beach was great. Communication with the owner was great and easy. Would 10/10 recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
