- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.

Very beautiful house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the pool. Only wish they had a hot tub for use. Will definitely stay here again. Probably gonna book this house next year.

This was a great place for our family. Plenty of room and very clean. Not to far from Disney World. It was about a 15 minute drive to the parks.

I would like to thank Reunion for making our vacation so pleasurable. We did not have to worry about anything at the house and only called to have the heater turned on for the pool as we had four small children with us and they liked it warmer. The location of the house was also nice as we didn't have anyone behind us and there was a good distance between the houses. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would rent it again ourselves!

We enjoyed our stay! None of us were ready to leave! One of my kiddos tried to hide from us under the bed the day we checked out! It was a wonderful experience! Also, it was very easy dealing with reunion. I never had any trouble getting in touch with representatives when I had questions.

Enjoyed our stay at property WW_710 at Windsor at Westside. Grounds were well kept and staff was friendly. Splash pad was great for the little ones. House is in best location on the property. Large corner lot that doesn't back onto other houses. House was clean upon arrival and furnishings were just as nice as they were in photos. Pool was cleaned once during our stay which was nice. Garbage was collected each morning which was convenient. First time renting a house and I must say we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed it. Location very close to shopping and other attractions (disney/Universal).
