Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- Max of 6 cars per address

This condo had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. The location was nice and we loved the Reunion amenities. Great walking paths! Golf courses are all challenging and fun (and a little expensive). The water park was fun. Date of arrival - February 11, 2023

The property was so comfortable clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we got great night sleeps after a busy day shopping or out meeting friends for dinner. I would highly recommend this property to either a couple (like ourselves) having time out from the day to day hectic lifestyle of a family or even a family as the condo had 3 very spacious bedrooms / beds. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again if we ever travel back to Orlando in the future (with our without our family).

This is a beautiful and spacious condo in a resort community. Have access to pool, spa, dining and golf. What more can you ask for? It is away from crowded area of Orlando but with easy access to it all. You are also walking distance to grocery, shops and some dining. I rent condos everywhere I go for my family and this I would come back to next time in Orlando.
