Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5-mile) drive from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile) drive away.
Enjoy unlimited access to all the resort has plenty to offer with a state of the art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground and recreational area. There is also a poolside cafe where you can enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails!

This home has the perfect location in the wonderful Solterra Resort, which is just minutes away from Disney World and not far from Orlando’s other world-class attractions.
As soon as you walk in you are welcomed to an extraordinary vacation villa. Find yourself in a comfortable and modern living space, with a 120-inch projector along with two large TVs. Just to the side you have the kitchen and dining area. With plenty of room and fully equipped, the chef of the family will love cooking in the kitchen. For a place to enjoy breakfast or a snack, there is bar seating for 7. There is also plenty of seating at the dining table and outside near the pool for dinners together.
There are 14 bedrooms in this home, all with a theme to them. You can travel to another destination with the many global rooms, such as the Britain and Brazil rooms. There’s also two rooms for the kids, with full/full bunkbeds, themed after their favorite characters from the islands and space. You can all enjoy the Florida sun with your own large private swimming pool with an additional spillover spa and plenty of places to lounge and take a much needed break.

Hacker's United Golf Trip

I recently traveled to the Orlando area with a group of 28 guys for our annual golf trip. We rented two 14-Bedroom houses through Florida Vacation Homes to accommodate the entire crew. This house was outstanding. We had 14 adults staying here, each with their own bedroom. The living areas were beautiful and spacious. We never once felt cramped in this house. We were a little concerned about the parking since each house is only allowed 4 vehicles and we had 6 vehicles in the group. However, there was ample street parking, so parking was never an issue. The only complaint I had was that we didn't receive the Rental Voucher until two days before arrival. The other house that we rented sent the voucher 6 weeks prior to arrival. It was more of an inconvenience than a problem.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home did not disappoint. the club house was enjoyable as well. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and game rooms. we will be using Florida vacations, again in the future.
