- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
- The resort HOA has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm. Security and or the Sheriff will be called to address noise complaints.
- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events of any type in this vacation home.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
- The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Each Short-Term Rental guest reservation is eligible for: Three (3) complimentary vehicle passes for single-family homes. Two (2) complimentary vehicle passes for townhomes. A $25 fee per vehicle will apply for any vehicles exceeding the allotted number of passes.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We hit the jackpot with this house! The house was AMAZING! Beautiful bedrooms! A Huge, beautiful kitchen, dining and living area! The grandkids absolutely LOVED their themed bedrooms! And, talk about an ARCADE!! What a BIG HIT! The adults loved it and the GRANDKIDS LOVED IT!! It was a surprise for the whole family and we got so many thank you’d!! The resort was fabulous! Thank you for the opportunity to rent it! I am convinced it is the best house to rent that is out there!!! WE LOVED IT!!!

This house worked great for my family (13 people)! We had plenty of space and the house was about 20 minutes from the Disney attractions. The kitchen was adequately stocked and two sets of washers/dryers was a plus. The one downside was the house pool/spa were not heated.

We had the most incredible stay in this home! My whole family, 14 of us in total, felt comfortable and safe during hurricane Ian, and that meant everything! The only complaint I would have is that the house needs to be refreshed and painted on the inside. Other than that, it was everything we hoped it would be 😊

House was very nice, it was as pictured. There was minor things, but I believe that is more do to guest that had stayed at the property and how they have treated the property. We called maintenance and let them know the things we seem that was out of place they came right away and fixed what they could. My family really enjoyed the property. From previous reviews I was worried about the neighborhood, however I felt the neighborhood was for nice and quiet. We enjoyed the clubhouse area, although some of the workers there wasn’t so friendly most was. If your driving I would suggest only 2 cars no more then 3. You cannot park on the street they will toll you. And the driveway barely held our 2 cars. That goes for all the houses out there. Overall very nice. I believe the owners did a good job with the place, but I can also see where some wear that has been caused to the place from previous guest, however at this point it still seems to be a very nice place.

By far this is the best vacation home I have stayed in and I have been renting homes yearly for about 12 years! What set this aside from the rest was the attention to detail with the level of hospitality offered from the abundance of towels to the shampoo & conditioner. The flatware, serving ware and dishes matched, unlike some homes where stuff is just thrown together and offered to you. There was even a little coffee selection offered. Those little things aren't offered by other companies and is the sole reason I will be staying at more of your properties in the future. I'm a sucker for a long dinner table. My entire family was able to sit together and eat. Easy booking process, check-in and out. Great communication. House was clean. House was exactly as shown in the pictures. The company showed great attention to detail in regards to hospitality
