Parking Allowances
Three (3) vehicles per single family home
Any vehicle exceeding this complimentary allotment will be subject to a $25.00 fee per vehicle per stay, with a combined maximum of 6 vehicles per property. Prior to your arrival you will receive a text and/or email from the community in order that you can register your vehicles and pay for additional passes that exceed the allotted amount. Failure to complete this prior to arrival will result in delays when you arrive at the resort.

The home was fantastic for our group of 10 with two of them being under 5. We enjoyed the game rooms and the outdoor space with the pool. The only issue we had while we were there were the neighbors were really loud all hours of the night and were racing their cars up and down the roads. But we loved having access to the resort pool with the bar and grill. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was a great place to stay. It was very spacious and open. Every bedroom was comfortable and clean. The pool was amazing and fun. Our whole family loved the game/theatre room, we spent most evenings relaxing and enjoying movies. We would recommend this home to anyone with a large family wanting to have a nice place to stay while in FL.
