Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Each Short-Term Rental guest reservation is eligible for: Three (3) complimentary vehicle passes for single-family homes. Two (2) complimentary vehicle passes for townhomes. A $25 fee per vehicle will apply for any vehicles exceeding the allotted number of passes.

Every was perfect. I had something broke and I called and they came right out and replaced it. The resort is really nice. They came out and made sure the pool levels was right. Over all we all were pleased. Very nice home.

The home was beautiful, well maintained & very spacious. Really gave a touch of that home feeling. Free of smoke & smells. Only downfall was the pool heat, we did opt for pool heat & the pool did heat up a little however was still cold & the jacuzzi was cold as well. Overall I would definitely rebook this home.

Just recently stayed with Florida rentals in Kissimmee. The property was above expectation. There were a few things we needed during our stay and the customer service line was always available and helpful. I recommend using them in the future.

This home was very kid friendly and decorated beautifully. The only issue we experienced was the garbage disposal not functioning properly. That was no big deal. We had an amazing time!

Hi we really enjoyed our stay. The house was great, a few things need to be done to make things excellent. other wise great. The staff member Nanyamka Grant really help us out a lot. She was answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Thank you!
Beautiful, spacious home - perfect for large family garherings

We had a great time! The private pool and community pools were wonderful. Lots of cabanas at the community pool made both the kids area and the large pool even better. Took a bit to get the sound working with the projector in the theater room and the Popcorn machine was broken. We made microwave popcorn instead, and the room made renting some new releases a very enjoyable experience. Two suggestions - bring/buy Tupperware for food storage and the upstairs master bedroom lock didn't catch - we used a $2 door wedge from Target. The beds were very comfortable, and the spacious kitchen island and dining room table allowed us to cook large meals and everyone to eat together. There is new construction going next door, but it didn't bother us at all. We would definitely rent this house again! Thank you for a perfect place to stay while we enjoyed a home away from home staycation.
