We stayed here for a little over 4 weeks. The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the pools, restaurants and gym. The condo was very comfortable and spacious, while it was only the two of us you could easily accommodate up to 8 people with the 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils , cookware, as well as small appliances. There were plenty of towels and linens. The outdoor patio has a lovely view of the golf course and landscaping and was a great spot to sit and relax or have our meals. We enjoyed it so much we have all ready booked it for another stay. The only suggestion we would have is that it might be time to change out some of the small throw rugs in the bathrooms and hallway, couch throw pillows, kids chairs and dining room chairs upholstery they have gotten pretty stained (typical wear and tear in a rental) and detract from the overall niceness of the condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 4/26-5/3/25. The location and condo layout is perfect for our family. We love that it is walking distance to the water park. We enjoy sitting on the patio watching the golfers. Will definitely stay again in the future!

my sons golf, and to get to Disney. It was clean and had plenty of space for our group. We loved the back patio which sits right on the 14th hole of the Watson course.

Very happy with the check in process. The front gate at Reunion looked at voucher and had me in within 1 minute. Didn't stay at the condo much as we were gone every day. The only critique is that the sliding glass doors going out to patio had fingerprints all over. I cleaned it myself. A note for maintenance would be the toilet handle was extremely hard to push down to flush in the bedroom at the front of the condo near the front door (the single queen bed ) Other than that, very happy.

Short Version: The condo is clean, has lots of room for a family of four adults, with one friend staying with us. It is a good location in the resort and in relation to Disney and provided everything we needed for a great one week stay. We will try to book this condo again on our next trip to Reunion.

Long version: This is a very nice rental and is designed to be ala Carte, which has a different meaning in the post covid days, nothing is in the condo including condiments and other items we typically find in condo rentals. The kitchen comes with one extra garbage bag, one dishwasher tab, one mostly filled paper towel roll, and a little dish soap, which is fine if you’re going to eat out each night, but we wanted to use to kitchen to cook and save some money, meaning we had to go out and buy extra dishwasher tabs, paper towels, but figured out that we could use grocery store bags for much of the garbage to not have to buy extra bags. The kitchen also has a Keurig, but not coffee pot, so we had to buy cups instead of the ground coffee we brought with us. None of this was a huge deal but would have been good to know before the trip. We also found no cutting board, so bought one and donated it to the condo. Refrigerator has a filtered water/ice dispenser. The three bedrooms all have their own bathrooms, and the beds are comfortable, though the master King is getting close to needing a replacement as it sags a bit. Bathrooms are great, roomy, and come with towels. Master shower was spacious and had both a shower head and a hand wand. They come with small facial soaps and hotel type shampoo and conditioner, but we had to buy more by day four of our eight day stay. Dresser drawers holds lots of clothes, but can be a little tough to close. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs. The condo had no extra toilet paper, with five of us, plus visitors, we had to buy some mid week. Living/Dining area is very nice with a bigger TV (maybe 60 inches) that has an Amazon Firestick (older model), so we could connect all of our services, and Direct TV. The couch was comfy, and the dining table was a great place to do a jigsaw puzzle and be on the computer. Back sliding door is a little tricky at first with a lock arm and a strange lock, but once figured out, it was great. The porch was a wonderful place to sit with some golf course views. Being on the Tee-box, they have a big palm tree there to block any wayward shots. Bugs do come out at night, so we went inside after dusk, sliding screen door is not flush, so bugs get inside. If you are not used to living/staying on a golf course, be aware there is constant golfers coming by all day and grounds crew is up early. Never bothered us as we live on a course at home. The location is very good with a 5-minute walk to the resort water park, a pool across the parking lot, and a 12-minute walk to the main resort (which has a great restaurant in Eleven). Getting to and from Disney was easy with multiple routes (back roads and freeways are both options), though we only went to the parks twice and to Disney Springs twice. We rented this through Florida Vacation Homes (via VRBO), they were very easy to work with, communicated well, and answered questions promptly via email. They even called a couple of days before the stay to check if we had any more questions. Their online ID system is a little glitchy, but we were able to easily solve the problem. There was nothing negative about this condo. It is clearly a rental, don’t look too closely at trim work or caulking, but I am nit picking, sorry. We already plan to rent from them again in 2026, this time we will know what all to bring with us.
