- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Our vacation was extremely enjoyable. Our vacation included 3 adults plus a 22,21, (2x) 17, 16, 14 year olds. They enjoyed the pool at the house. Overall our vacation was a wonderful vacation. The children did mention that because the water slide and lazy river closed at 5 they didn’t get a chance to enjoy those amenities. Also, I think a sleeper sofa should be included in the living room/den, as well as access to the garage. The parking spaces is not appropriate for 2 vans or SUV’s. Other than those recommendations or suggestions, our vacation at your resort was amazing. Thank you so much.

The property was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean with updated amenities throughout the home. The property is equipped with everything a family would need. All you would need to provide is your own food. And the community amenities are amazing as well. Especially the lazy river! I would definitely take my family back to stay at these properties for future vacations!!!!!
