This beautiful ground-floor condo located in the Centre Court Ridge neighborhood at Reunion Resort is a large 1,686 sq. ft. unit with a private porch that opens up to the surrounding greenery. Enjoy meals al fresco at a table that seats 4. This condo receives lots of natural light which adds to the already bright and serene interior.
The spacious living area includes a large sectional sofa with a large TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped so you can enjoy homecooked dinners, store your groceries, or take-out meals. The dining table can seat up to 6 guests.
All bedrooms have a smart TV. The master en-suite bedroom has a king-sized bed. The other bedrooms are comfortable with pleasant neutral decor, one with a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom includes two full-sized beds.

- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Fabulous October Vacation

This was our second enjoyable stay at this spacious, clean condo in the past 2 years. The baby amenities (Pack-n-Play, high chair, umbrella stroller) were great for our 1 year old granddaughter. The new living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen and laundry are well-equipped. The patio provides a clear view of a golf course green to watch golfers and relax. The pool at the complex and ample areas for walking are a plus. We didn’t get a chance to play pickle ball, tennis or putt-putt golf this trip, but they are all available near the pool too. This location is convenient for visits to the Disney/Universal Studios parks, to restaurants/grocery stores and to travel to/from Orlando Airport. Home care manager Megan was available for questions and helpful. We would rent this condo again.

This condo was awesome and checking in was a breeze! It was very spacious and the beds were very comfy! The patio afforded us a great view of the 13th green! It was a great location to many restaurants, Universal Studios and Theme Parks! It was a short walk to the pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts and putt putt golf. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was also very clean and well kept! We had an excellent stay and looking forward to staying there again in the future!

This comfortable three bedroom and three bathroom condo with a beautiful view of the 13th green on the Tom Watson course provided more than adequate space for our family of five. The resort is located close to all the Disney theme parks. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the golf course club house. The food was excellent! The resort water park was a great way to spend an afternoon. My daughter and I really had a blast on the lazy river and water slide. My son and I had the opportunity to play a round of golf on the Arnold Palmer course. It was the most beautiful, well maintained, and challenging course we have ever played. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a well maintained condo with outstanding amenities close to Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
