Rental Policies
Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AMEarly or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and exactly what it looked like in the pictures. The kitchen had every cooking and storage item needed including storage containers which was a great help! We brought our own pool floaties and beach balls and the kids were in the pool almost every minute that we weren't in the parks. The distance to Walmart, great restaurants and Disney parks couldn't be any better. The games room was super fun, even our two year old joined in and raced against siblings. The house is large enough that everyone has their own space and we were never in anyone's way, even with 10 of us in there. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and we had plenty of room. The only issue I had was the refrigerator quit working but they came quickly and fixed it. The description matched the place and was nice. If I had to “complain†about anything it would be that they suggest to only put the thermostat to 74-78 degrees… we were kind of hot… at home I generally keep mine around 68 to 70 so everyone complained of being hot especially at night. I would also recommend to bring your own hand soap, dish soap, ect. They didn't supply any but I just placed Walmart order and it was there quickly. Overall great experience! 6/5/2024 at 2:09 AM

The house was clean and well stocked. Everything was in working order. We did add the pool being heated but because it is limited to number of hours by the time it got warm they turned it off, made hot tub not useable. Ordered a grill and it was 2 days late being delivered but was useable when we did receive it. Didn't have a code to use facilities at club hour so had to go off site to workout.

My husband and I booked this home for 5 nights over Labor Day weekend. The home was spotless when we arrived. We attended Mickey's not so scary Halloween party one night and went to discovery cove another day. It was very conveniently located. The pool and hot tub were perfect for just the two of us! Surprisingly, it was pretty cool and wished we paid for heat though! I am a big baby when it comes to water temp so for most it would probably would have been fine. Haha! When we arrived the AC wasn't working upstairs so we let the host know. They said they could have someone there immediately but we opted to wait till the next day since we weren't using the upstairs anyway. Someone showed up the next day but the AC corrected itself and they weren't needed. We had so much fun playing the race car games in the game room together and just enjoying hanging out. Five stars and would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

We recently returned from our stay and had such a wonderful time. Check in was simple and on arrival the home was clean. We paid for pool heat prior to our trip and it was warmer than we expected which was a pleasant surprise.We traveled with a total of 8 people and there was lots of space with a bedroom to spare (the kids loved the theme rooms). The arcade was a hit on our chill days. We didn't realize there was no BBQ at the house when we booked but the hosts were quick to respond to my message inquiry offering a BBQ rental. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Magical Vacation Homes was the perfect situation for our family - we loved the giant resort-style pool and the water slides, the safety of the community, and the proximity to Disney. Wonderful situation

We had a wonderful vacation. We were 3 generations - 4 children and 6 adults. The home was beautifully appointed and most comfortable. Our grandchildren loved their themed bedrooms and the games room provided lots of fun for everyone. We were very pleased that there were kind-sized beds in the adult bedrooms. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
