We are excited to share that the Windsor Hills Slide and Water Park Project is officially scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, with an estimated completion date of February 13, 2026.
To ensure the project stays on schedule, the construction team will be working 7 days a week (weather permitting) throughout the 6-week period.
The main pool will remain open and operate under normal hours during the project.
However, the Sir Windsor Aqua Venture will be closed for the duration of the slide construction.
⏳ Weather permitting, the project may be completed ahead of schedule; however, it will not extend beyond February 13, 2026.

This was our families first ever, big Disney trip. We decided to stay at a condo instead of a hotel to help us relax on our own during rest days and to have separate rooms for the best sleep. This place was great, with our own pool/hot tub as well as a water park just a block away. It was clean with plenty of amenities that made our stay a once in a lifetime experience. There were times during park days where the kids asked if we could leave Disney, so they could come back to the condo and swim/play. Thank you!!

Excellent top notch stay. My stay was absolutely remarkable other than the issues with the pump for the hot tub, but once addressed, it was taken care of immediately, and I was compensated would recommend to anybody book with these folks!
