Pool Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $20 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars per townhome.
Each townhome has its own numbered parking spaces. You may park on your unit s numbered spots or any other unnumbered spots.
Paradise Palms Resort Amenity Access Included with Rental:
Please be advised that the Clubhouse Pool Deck, including the swimming pool, sports court, and Bar Grill seating area, will be closed beginning Monday September 14th and will remain closed for 7-10 days until Wednesday September 23rd, weather and project conditions permitting. Maintenance to the sports court which will require 2-3 days to complete. During the closure, the main pool, hot tubs and kiddie pool will be closed. The bar and grill will be open and offer mobile service pickup. All other areas of the clubhouse will be open including the retail store.

- 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom

- 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
- Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
- No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
- This is an industry-standard practice.
FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a issue with the oven, and they responded quickly and resolve the issue right away . They answered all my question right away, and the townhome was 😊 I definitely will use them again in the future.

House is a cleaner older townhouse. We have stayed at Paradise Palms multiple times. It's a nice gated facility but it is a older facility and with that comes some run down homes and the clubhouse pool walls are falling apart a little. The community jacuzzi water was scummy. This house was very clean and a quick responsive host. We didn't arrive till around midnight and when we did the air was broke. They had someone come at 1:15am to fix it so they are quick to respond. The splash pool in the back was clea

Absolutely beautiful home and was perfect for our family of 6. We had zero issues. Spacious and comfortable. Perfect location all around. Bonus that it was so close to the community amenities.
