We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The place was clean. It spacious and accommodated our family of 9. The pool at the house was smaller than expected, but we still enjoyed it. There is a much larger community pool for all guests, which is nice. The gentleman at the entrance gate was awesome. He was always there and always friendly.

Amazing house in a lovely resort! There was a party of 9 of us (including children) and there was more than enough room. The property looked exactly like the pictures which we were thankful for (the basketball arcade game was definitely a hit with everyone). The resort was lovely too, we fully enjoyed everything they had to offer. The kids loved the pool area, especially the splash pad which had lovely cabanas surrounding it so we were able to relax while watching the kids. We also made use of the gym which
