Pool Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $20 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars per townhome.
Each townhome has its own numbered parking spaces. You may park on your unit s numbered spots or any other unnumbered spots.
Paradise Palms Resort Amenity Access Included with Rental:
Please be advised that the Clubhouse Pool Deck, including the swimming pool, sports court, and Bar Grill seating area, will be closed beginning Monday September 14th and will remain closed for 7-10 days until Wednesday September 23rd, weather and project conditions permitting. Maintenance to the sports court which will require 2-3 days to complete. During the closure, the main pool, hot tubs and kiddie pool will be closed. The bar and grill will be open and offer mobile service pickup. All other areas of the clubhouse will be open including the retail store.

- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
- Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
- No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Comfort and Fun in Orlando

The property was really clean with all the amenities. What I most liked about it was all the beds in the house were very comfortable. There is a pool in the backyard and kids had lot of fun in the pool, there is also a big community pool (it is crowded at times though) and a cinema in the community center for the guests. This condo had everything we needed. It had plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen (except filters for the coffee pot), comfortable seating, cable TV. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. It's not too far from Disney and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping close to the condo. The hosts responded quickly to all our questions. Definitely recommend.

This place has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. No extra blankets anywhere - and no curtains on the windows, so even with the blinds closed lights from the street poured in all night.

We flew in for track and field championships at a local high school and chose this for our accommodations. Kept three teenage girls very busy and there was a lot to do on site.

Our stay in one of Global Vacations listings was nothing but perfect. The amenities the community offers are amazing there's a bar (with a food menu), huge heated pool, hot tubs and even a basketball and tennis court. The cleanliness of the home was on point as well. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals and best of all a dishwasher! The instructions for check In were in an email but I couldn't find it and when I called I was helped right away in locating it and opening the door. The security at the g
