As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Every aspect of our stay was delightful, from the well-equipped kitchen to the pristine cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. We were also pleased to find a new washer and dryer, which were very convenient. Although the stove top microwave was out of order and replaced with a temporary unit that occupied some counter space, it didn't detract much from our overall experience. We loved our stay at Windsor Hills Resort, apt 303 was just as pictured. It was spacious for our family of 5, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The provided crib was a nice touch. However, the thin walls made it noisy, especially in the early mornings, disrupting our sleep. There was also a sulfur smell in the water, but it seemed common in the area. Despite these issues, our kids (3yr and 18mths) had a great time. They thoroughly enjoyed their vacation, and the convenience of walking to the pool and back ev

The location of this place was fabulous. The children really enjoyed the pool and game room. I love that it was very close to Disney. It could use some updates to the furniture but overall it was great.

The location near Disney is excellent! The resort is great thanks to the pool, the water slider and the play room are good. If you have kids is awesome for them to have this features. You will be gratefull to have them, to take a day off for resting of the parks! The apartment is okay a little bit old fashioned but you can deal with that!
