Pool Heater Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $20 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
- The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars for a townhome.
- Only 1 car will fit in the driveway, overflow parking is available in nearby spots.
- Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
- Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will tow.

*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

- 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

This place is great and we loved it here. To the security of the place to the pool and water slides, arcade the house. It has been a great experience, but there were a few things that needs to be brought to attention.Sliding door to the pool, the handle is broken and we had to be careful in every way to have it break more.We got here and the floors were not clean, we had to sweep up some areas because there were crumbs in almost every corner. The floor is dirty, our feet turn black when we walk so we have b

This place was a great stay for the value! The waterpark is great for the kids, as well as the private pool attached to each unit. Location is key! Just minutes from stores and right “around the corner†from any park you might be planning on going to.

Overall a good stay. Close to Disney. Could use some updating with bigger and better tvs, and some better beds. Only issue was with the pool and pool heater, which was a little disappointing, especially paying the extra for it. Beds were decent, but did the job.

We loved our stay i defiantly will be back next year for our family trip this is a great company they saved me at the very last minute i had a different placed book that place waited 2 days to tell me they doubled book and this owner and company saved the day so i will be back again..
