Pool is 32x13 D 5.5
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
* Owner s car is parked on one side of garage. Other side of garage is available for guest use
Up to two cars can fit in the driveway
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The house itself is spectacular! Right on a canal. Refreshing clean pool and comfortable outside furniture to relax while watching a sunset and taking a swim. The outside shower is perfect leading into the master bedroom's extra restroom. Big TV for sports watching and movies. Convenient to Fisherman's Village, a short walk.
