Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 2 cars for a condo.
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.

*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

Our Starter Welcome packet supplies:
- 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom
- 1 hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom
- 1 roll paper towel
- 1 packet dishwasher detergent
- 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
This is an industry-standard practice.
FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Poolside Paradise Awaits

We just rented this condo for 5 days and had a wonderful stay! We love that it overlooked the pool and we can see the kids hanging out while we relax on the balcony . Condo had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, it was clean, and location was great. Customer service was amazing. They always answered and they even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We will be back next year if it's available for our dates next year!

Great location! Safe resort with a nice pool area with slides, splash pad, etc. had a nice view of overlooking the pool and close to the clubhouse. Close to freeways, dining and Disney resorts. about 30 mins to SeaWorld. Host was a great communicator. only real issue we had was one of the bed's sheets were clearly not washed, but it wasn't a huge deal with washer and dryer located in the home. Otherwise, it was as expected.

What an amazing place to stay at! Better than staying at a hotel, but with all the amenities. Great pool and water slides area. Great social area. Great location close to the theme parks. 10 out of 10!

Perfect for our family of 4, lots of space for everyone. Great location if going to the Disney parks and don't want to pay Disney hotel prices. It was so easy to get to all the parks and Disney springs. The big Walmart just a few minutes away was perfect for stocking up on supplies. Our children enjoyed the pool and slides, perfect for chilling out after Disney park days.The apartment had everything we needed. The condo is very nice, clean and in a great location for Disney Parks. The pool area was wonderful!Our only issue was that the hall shower would not come on and on the day we were checking out, the lawn crew had the sprinkler system going on both sides of the walk way to the parking lot. Not ideal for people trying to load their cars to get out by 10 am. No one wants to get drenched before getting in the car to drive hours home. We would definitely stay here again.
