Pool Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $20 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars per townhome.
Each townhome has its own numbered parking spaces. You may park on your unit s numbered spots or any other unnumbered spots.
Paradise Palms Resort Amenity Access Included with Rental:
Please be advised that the Clubhouse Pool Deck, including the swimming pool, sports court, and Bar Grill seating area, will be closed beginning Monday September 14th and will remain closed for 7-10 days until Wednesday September 23rd, weather and project conditions permitting. Maintenance to the sports court which will require 2-3 days to complete. During the closure, the main pool, hot tubs and kiddie pool will be closed. The bar and grill will be open and offer mobile service pickup. All other areas of the clubhouse will be open including the retail store.

- 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
- Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
- No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The place was nice and relatively close to where we were visiting on our trip. The only stand out issue, and why this rating isn't higher is because of the mountain of trash outside of the house in the parking lot. it was present for the entirety of our stay and never was cleaned up.

We enjoyed our stay because the amenities of the surround grounds were great. The private pool was not only a lot smaller than the pictures showed it was also not heated as advertised. The responses we got were good until we mentioned the pool. They said it was a promotional even tho that wasn't clear to us, when we mentioned this they chose not to respond. There were 2 dirty bathrooms, nothing awful. The kitchen chairs are pretty stained. Besides these things it was a good stay.

Stayed here while we visited Disney and wow it was perfect! Looks just like the photos and is right across from the resort amenities. The themed rooms are great for families with small children who need a “rest day†from Disney World. There's even a Mickey Mouse waffle maker! Such an excellent property and communicative owner. We will definitely be back.
