The dining room table offers seating for 8 and the breakfast bar provides additional seating for 5.
Relax and let the worries and stress melt away while lounging poolside and soaking up the warm Florida sun. Sharpen your golf skills before your tee time on the putting green. After an exciting day at the parks, fire up the BBQ and enjoy your meal at the outside dining area with seating for 6. As the day draws to a close, unwind in the spillover spa while you admire the over the picture-perfect Golden Bear lake.
The game room with professional arcades is sure to be a favorite space for kids of all ages! Challenge your family to friendly competition with air hockey, Miami Heat basketball, Terminator Salvation, and dual Super Bikes 2 racers. Head upstairs to the entertainment loft for more fun and relaxation. This great space has a professional poker table, a dartboard, a foosball table, and a multi-arcade game. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
Golden Dream features two spacious master king suites. For convenience, one is located on the ground floor and offers an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second-floor master suite includes an en suite bathroom with a shower and separate garden tub a private balcony with breathtaking sunset views. There is also a third bedroom with a king-sized bed and a shared en suite with shower. Kids will love having their own elaborately themed bedroom! Princesses will feel like they are in a fairytale as they retreat to their castle with a double/double bunk bed, surrounded by a gorgeous mural of some of their favorite royal characters. Little imaginations will take flight as they save the galaxy in their galactic-themed bedroom with 2x double/double bunk beds. Completing the room is a tube slide to blast off and a private balcony.

Terms Conditions
Payment Terms - Outside of 45 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Inside of 45 days of arrival full payment is required.Cancellation Policy - Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

The house is beautiful and very clean. Well decorated. Very comfortable beds and linens. The arcade was a lot of fun. The kids loved the game. The bedrooms were as fun as they look in pictures. Having the heated pool and hot tub was great in the cooler weather. Good location. Easy to get to the parks. Close to grocery. Peaceful lake out back. Some small issues arose with the pool/hot tub heating (There should be written instructions). When it worked out and the upstairs video game (which also needed detailed instructions). And I was initially happy with the responsiveness of the company but as the week on they sent back generic responses and did not actually adress the issues that I wrote to them about. And finally, its a bit unclear what amenities from reunion are included. We went to use the mini golf thinking it was included and it actually was quite expensive. But overall a wonderful house that I would book again.
