Fairway Haven was the perfect home for our family vacation. The house was BEAUTIFUL and was very CLEAN!! The home is exactly as described and the pictures are very accurate (no photoshop). The house provided everything that we needed. The theater room and pool were perfect for the kids. The only complaint we had was that the T.V. In the kids room did not work, but the pool and games were enough to keep them entertained. Also, the day of checkout, housekeeping arrived a little early and sat in front of the house until we left. This was a little uncomfortable, as it made us feel extremely rushed and as if we were intruding. Other than that, everything was perfect! We will definitely come back.

We stayed for 7 nights. A family of six, included teenagers and grandparents. Pros the resort was beautiful, amenities, and restaurants were great to have as options. The home was just as pictured. Great space for our family and clean. Easy to communicate via text with the resort for trash pickup and maintenance request. Cons the washer could not hold a load more than 4 towels at a time. This needs to be replaced. The home can accommodate a family of 14 we were six and this was a problem when it was time to do some laundry. Took me all night. On day 6 of our trip a Tuesday between 4 and 5pm my family went to Sea World with the exception of the grandparents who stayed at the home. They were in the pool when a man and woman entered the property through the side gate and proceeded to the back door. My father asked them who they were. They were startled to see my parents sitting in the pool. The woman stated they were checking properties to purchase. My dad asked them to leave and to go to the front desk. This did not seem right at all. At this time of day all three properties in yhe cul-de-sac had no vehicles in the driveways. This was also the first day I realized the glass wall facing the pool and golf course was not equipped with a privacy film. But I did not check this before booking. The random individuals entering the property while my elderly parents were there alone definitely made me feel uneasy for the remainder of the stay and changed my raiting for our stay. I did check with the gate security on the way out about what my parents informed me of and the guard stated that is not how people view properties on the resort especially when a home is occupied and to contact security immediately if we see anything further. I tightened a couple of screws on the back door handles. I would recommend to the owner to have this checked along with the locks every so often they seemed loose due to time and long term use. The property was beautiful and well kept and the resort and grouds was as well. Other than the incident we experienced I would have rated this stay as excellent. But knowing my family is safe is a priority for me when traveling and that was a bit unfortunate here, I lost my confidence a bit with the incident. Thank you. Have a great day!

Fairway Haven was perfect for my family 12! There was plenty of space for 3 families and the pool was perfect for the kids! We had a few minor hiccups, but were taken care of in a timely manner! I loved the fact that I could text the number provided with questions and I received answers very quickly! I have a few minor suggestions…a dish rag and more dish towels would have helped to clean up after meals, pot holders for removing hot pans from the oven, and a larger size of dish detergent. My husband and I drove, so we were able to take the leftover household items we bought. These were small inconveniences and that said, we would still rent a house in Reunion! The resort was beautiful and the kids loved the water park!

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE we arrived to many of problems code didn't work smell of mold bug filled pool and a leaking fridge that we took out own time to fix our pool heat didn't work the whole trip from a family that vacations at reunion every year this was by far the worst experience I could have imagined

The house was great, comfy beds, wonderful media/theater room, gorge view of the golf course, house well stocked, games (pinball/ golden tee) amazing. Actually, paid extra for heated pool and jacuzzi and worth every penny! If I had to give any negativity it wouldn't be towards the home but rather the check in and the resort. When we checked in the cleaning crew told us the house would be ready at 3:30 the latest. At 3:30 we came back door was locked. Called the corporate office and the rep said don't enter we need to do a final walk through. We stood by the front door for almost 40 minutes and nobody ever came for a final walk through. I called back and the code provided didn't work. The rep (who was very nice) created another code and finally we were in. Also, the resort provided a gym, but it is very dated. I have been coming to this resort for almost a decade and literally they haven't put a penny into the workout facility. It's dark and dingy, they can do so much better especially considering the resort fee charged!

We loved the stay. More than enough towels, comfy beds, cool pinball machine, gorge view of golf course, paid extra for heated pool and jacuzzi temperature and jets were perfect! If I had to say a negative, the cleaning crew told us come in at 3:30, we came back at 3:30 and the code didn't work. We called the corporate office they said we had to wait for a final walk through someone would be there shortly. Front office never came to do walk through and we ended up standing by the front door for 40 minutes waiting to get in! The house was an A+ but the surrounding grounds need some new hedges and trees in certain areas. My guess is the cold snap this past winter killed a lot of vegetation. Lastly major let down. I've been coming to Reunion periodically for the past 10 years. The community gym is small and dingy. I don't think the resort has put a dime into the workout facility for over a decade! It was an embarrassment!

Great house! Everything was clean and worked well. The hot tub was excellent and got very hot. The pool was perfect temperature. There was plenty of room for 7 adults. Would recommend highly.

We just spent seven nights in the Fairway Haven home. The house is BEAUTIFUL and was absolutely perfect for our stay size wise. We had one major complaint which was the hot tub. We came for the Disney Half Marathon weekend so booking a home with a hot tub and pool was a must. Recovering post-race in the hot tub and pool was part of our plan. Unfortunately, the hot tub only worked two days out of our stay - and not post-run. Communication with maintenance during the day was poor (Jose at night was amazing - we felt like we called him every night and he was so prompt and nice). We REALLY wanted to use that hot tub all stay so that was incredibly disappointing. Outside of the hot tub heat/pool heat issues the house is perfect and everyone at the resort was outstanding. Especially the Jose and the waterpark food and beverage staff - so so sweet!

The resort was big and very well kept, it's a little confusing finding your way around. We used the waterpark one day when we were there. My granddaughter had a great time. The lazy river is a lot of fun. I brought my own float, but they had plenty.The house we stayed in was Very very clean upon arrival. Everything was in working order. The pool was cleaned once while we were there during our weeklong stay. We used it every day and we did not need pool heat. The house had pretty much everything we needed. Little things like salt and pepper or a few napkins would be nice for your first night before you get to go to a store. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful time at Fairway Haven in late August. Everything with getting into the house was super easy and convenient. The staff was quick to answer any questions and concerns. They came right away to fix a broken ice maker and check on the bbq grill. Everyone in our group, from kids to grandparents, enjoyed the house pool and water park. We did have to buy some things that wasn't expected, like salt and pepper and trash bags. But overall great experience and we will be back! I did read previous reviews about the theater tv not working , so I brought a Roku stick from home and it worked great.
