- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

We stayed here in this beautiful condo foe 21 nights and it was wonderful. The Condo s in good condition well furnished and fully equiped. The bncondo was clean upon arrival. The Resort is very good and because of being near to Disney and to Orlando, there is a lot to do. There is also a pool nearby only a few steps. You can also use the main pool near the hotel. But there are some points. For trash collection you have tzo call with lorida Vacation homes with a long waiting line and please habe Your reservation id handy. The Service people are all very friendly and helpful, So our morning ritual every two days was calling for trash collection, and don´t leave a message, it does´t work, better speak direct with an agent. We stayed ther4 in June and they build three big houses nearby, so we had a lot of building noise verwvery day starting at six in the morning with material delivery. The ool nearby is huge but not well cleaned overe zthe week. We saw the pool cleaner once a week, and you have sleazy tiles around the waterline. The toilets in the pool area are old, the cleanes them every day but afzter a short while became dirty because of the oldness. To use the seven eagles pool is much better. So the staff of Florida vacation homes were always very friendly and helpful, the condo was verey nice, but the weee some minor issues.

The condo was beautifully decorated and cleaned. I really enjoyed our stay there. It was in a quiet location and pool just across the condo. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay! Reunion Vacation Homes were very responsive to any questions or needs we had while we stayed at our unit for 5 weeks! We had very little need to contact them during our stay, but whenever we did, they responded in a very timely manner!

All the members at Reunion Vacation Homes were so nice and helpful. Our experience with everyone was super friendly. Our stay at the Reunion Vacation Homes was excellent, we stayed there for a month and we loved every second of it. We were 5 people and it was more then big enough. It was property RVH_235. The balcony was perfect and everything was as described. The apartment could have been cleaned a little bit better. There was a pacifier under the table and the artificial trees had a lot of dust on them, but nothing we were bothered about. We will most likely stay there over next Christmas :)
