Early or late check-in/out available for an additional fee
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time departure cleaning fee required for all stays

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

It was the perfect place for our group!

We stayed 7 nights with 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids). Overall we has a good time. The good: the arcade games and movie theater room were a big hit. The dirty driving car racing game was especially popular with kids. There was also a pool table and air hockey table. We paid extra for pool heating, which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were clean. The reunion water park access was included, and was a 3 min drive. The waterpark had a lazy River and heated pool. Oddly the splash pad water was ice cold. The bad: the washing machine was broken- it was filled with water when we arrived. I messaged host and they said they would send someone to repair but never did. It was difficult for me to hand wash clothes for 9 people- I felt like a pioneer woman on vacation. On day 6 they gave us access to another washing machine, but we left on day 7 so that wasn't much help. I took off 1 star bc of management's response to the broken laundry machine, which I felt was not adequate.

The Villa was in immaculate condition and was even more impressive in real life than what the photos showed. It is set up to entertain all ages for hours, whether you like lounging by the pool, catching a movie in the cinema room or playing on all the amazing arcade games. Recommended to all.

What a wonderful place! The house itself was simply stunning, with all the amenities we wanted and more. Perfectly located for access to the parks, Championship quality golf courses, and within easy reach of some incredible restaurants and bars.

Had a fantastic stay at the property recently and will definitely be going back. The location is perfect for getting into Orlando, experiencing the golf and all the essentials needed during the week. The house is spacious, has everything you need plus more and is in great condition.
