IMPORTANT INFORMATION 08/13/26
The Solterra Resort Clubhouse will begin an important series of enhancements to the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar area. The lazy river renovation is scheduled to begin on September 8, 2026, with work on the resort pool and hot tub beginning September 22. During this same period, the district will also move forward with the new bar installation.
The current project schedule anticipates completion approximately December 14, 2026.
Throughout the renovation, the Clubhouse will remain open and active. Owners and guests will continue to enjoy Caf Sol, including delivery service, the fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services.

Solterra Resort Fee Information
Upon arrival, the primary guest must check in at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the resort fee:
✔ Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests, $45 for 13+ guests (paid via credit card only, no cash accepted)
✔ Guests will receive:
Resort access card (required for clubhouse and pool entry)
A 4-digit clubhouse fitness center access code
Wristbands matching the number of guests in the reservation (wristbands change weekly; guests staying multiple weeks must visit the clubhouse each Monday for new wristbands)
After-Hours Arrivals: Gate attendants will provide temporary access. The primary guest must register at the clubhouse the following morning to receive access cards and wristbands.

I have stayed in many rented homes, a minimum of three per year for the last 10 years. It is usually for a week but this time we stayed for a month. I am a clean freak who wipes up every little spot on the floor with a damp paper towel. Usually when I wipe a small spot the paper towel comes up black. Not here. I've never had that happen. The floors were actually clean! The entire house was that way. With four bedrooms, three baths upstairs and two bedrooms, three baths downstairs, the layout was perfect. The living room, dining, kitchen area was great for the group to hang out in. The large television upstairs with a couch made it perfect for people to have their privacy. All bedrooms have their own television except for the two twin bedrooms. The pool/hot tub area was roomy. You definitely want to pay for heat for these as the main pool area is a 1 mile walk. The only negative that I could say is that there are plastic mattress covers underneath the mattress pad on each bed. These caused all of us to sweat at night. The sheets are also very thin. The mattresses are good though. All are adjustable beds except for the twin beds. Also, you must realize that you are in the middle of the Disney mania. The traffic is horrible. As long as you know this before hand you will not be disappointed. Don't hesitate to rent this wonderful home.

Oak Moss Place was stunning! The house was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for our large family group. The twin bedrooms were perfect for the kids, and the multiple master suites gave everyone their own space. The private pool and conservation view were such a peaceful way to start each morning. We loved every minute.

We shared this home with another family and it was more than enough room for all 10 of us. The layout was fantastic, with enough bathrooms that no one was ever waiting. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the kids loved the upstairs loft area. Being close to Disney and having resort perks like the lazy river made this trip unforgettable.

Oak Moss Villa had everything we needed: privacy, style, comfort, and proximity to the parks. The home was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We spent most evenings by the pool, and the spa was amazing after long park days. The check-in process at the clubhouse was easy, and the resort amenities were top-tier.

This is easily one of the nicest homes we’ve rented in Central Florida. The house felt brand new, and the modern décor gave it a real luxury vibe. Having two master suites was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed both the private pool and the Solterra resort features. Five stars across the board.
