The best vacation ever!

Our vacation was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious enough for our large family, giving everyone their own space while still allowing us to spend quality time together. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi, enjoying family dinners, and spending the day at the water park, it was so much fun for everyone. The customer service was exceptional. They responded extremely quickly whenever we had a question or needed assistance, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for the perfect vacation!

We stayed at Liberty Brisa for around 11 nights. The house is beautiful in an excellent location. The house was very clean and tidy on arrival. Plenty of space inside and out for our family. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor bbq. We had one small issue a few days into our stay with the A/C but Reunion Resort maintenance team were soon round to resolve it. I highly recommend Reunion Resort and look forward to returning in the future.

House is beautiful, pool area is perfect for three little kids, movie room was awesome too. The only problem was the house took almost one day to cool down from check-in. 7 total in our party and we had plenty of space!
Bugs and unclean

My mom and I have rented at least 5 times from Reunion Resort. Sometimes directly, sometimes through a third party. We had always been extremely happy with the rental and the facilities. We have recommended Reunion to many of our family members and friends. This last trip left us not only disappointed but also upset with the way our complaint was handled. It will cause us to rethink using Reunion Resort in the future. We arrived Saturday evening to find giant roaches in states of dead, half dead or smashed on the floors. Someone must have been there, or how was it smashed and not picked up? 100's of lovebugs in the corners of the bedroom, along the sliders inside and out, and around the accommodations. The pool wasn't cleaned either, and there were spots of something spilled on the kitchen and entryway tiles. If these things weren't cleaned, what else wasn't cleaned? i am sure the construction on both sides of this unit didn't help. It was unsightly and noisy. We asked to be moved to a place that was cleaner and without roaches.

This is a beautiful home. The communication was excellent. We had a minor problem with pool (it was too warm) but problem taken care of. The service was really great, we stayed for 2 weeks just like last year. I cannot say enough good things about Reunion Resorts. I am not a relative or in any way connected with this resort. Just vary happy for my stay.

Nice house, looks just like the pictures. We love staying in Reunion. You can never go wrong with any vacation home that's officially managed by Reunion. Will return in the near future.

Had an air conditioning leak that maintenance took care of. Toilet paper was very thin (1ply). Plenty of dishes but no pans or cookies sheets for oven. Also could not figure out how to turn on jets for hot tub at pool. Everything else was great. Plenty of room, nice privacy and house well appointed.

Very nice house with excellent facilities (furniture, cookware, silverware, etc). Very spacious. We called for pool service and they were there the next day early in the morning.
