- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (This does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights.)
- We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days before arrival.
- If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
- If canceled between 61 and 89 days before arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.
- No cancellation or modification 60 days or less before arrival.

I must say our visit was very relaxing. The home was perfect and absolutely beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and my oldest who is particular about comfort loved the bed. He didn't even care about staying an extra evening due to the hurricane. We love playing pool so that was an added bonus and the home was close to everything we needed. It truly felt homey and I loved the layout and pool area. Management was very responsive and professional. We will definitely stay here again.

This felt like a home away from home in such a beautiful area! The house was spacious and filled with everything we would ever need, from a crockpot to beach chairs to a baby bath seat! We loved the area with pickle ball courts and quaint places to shop and eat. I'd highly recommend this house and host who was always so quick to answer my questions.

We loved the Airbnb. We loved being able to fish and use the bikes and just sit at the back patio. Beautiful place and area. My only gripe is the neighbor to the left of the home. He is not happy that the place is an Airbnb so he did cause some headaches for us. It wasn't our fault and I understood where he was coming from however he should take that up with the owners of the place not the renters. You may encounter him if you decide to book but other then that we were very happy about everything. Beautiful
