Pool Heater Charges and Information:
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Limited TV Choices Disappoint

Wish they would have better TV option and not just the antennas connected to tv's. No local channels available. Bought some roku devices to have acceptable options.
Perfect Family Getaway

Property was very clean and met our needs. Kitchen was well stocked and the lanai area was perfect for our family. the outdoor heater came in handy on cooler evenings. We appreciated and used the bicycles and beach chairs. The response time was great with a few minor issues, and these were resolved in a timely fashion. There was an issue with the pool which was corrected right before we left. it would have been nice to have been made aware of upon arrival. the pool heating fee was refunded due to the proble
