We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Everything was as promised - excellent! The house is nice, and it's in a good location. The pool was great, and we enjoyed the hot sunny days. Also, the host was prompt and friendly in replying to my emails.

This rental felt very homelike. Very open floorplan, everything looked quite new. The kitchen is very well stocked. Bedrooms, bathrooms were very clean. At first, we couldn't find many towels, then we found a load in the dryer. A very short drive away is just about any restaurant and store you could want. About 4 miles away is Port Charlotte Beach Park, which has a very small beach located on the Peace River. We had our dog with us, so the fenced-in backyard was great. It was a quiet neighborhood.
