Welcome to Kingsbarn Estate situated in The Retreat at the prestigious Champions Gate resort. It has easy access to Highway 27 and Highway 192 and is only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to take you to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Aquatica, shopping, and the many other attractions available. This property is located just behind the Oasis Clubhouse, so hours of resort fun are just steps from your door!
As you walk into this bright, spacious home, your vacation begins. The open layout of the downstairs is perfect for hosting family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of counter space and offers bar seating for four. The dining table seats eight guests under custom lighting. Wind down and enjoy a show in the living room. The living room offers a large rounded sofa and a large wall-mounted SMART TV. This gorgeous property offers five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests. Two bedrooms have a king bed each, two bedrooms offer a queen bed each, and the last bedroom offers a twin bed and a full bed.
If the Florida sun is what has brought you down for vacation, you will enjoy relaxing and soaking up the rays on the two poolside lounge chairs. The private pool area also features a pool fence and a covered dining for four.

- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
- Max of 6 cars per address

598BR Very nice rental, rent this one!!

We were very pleased with 598BR Kingsbarn Estate. The unit was in great shape, clean, everything worked well. We have rented quite a few homes in Florida over the years, this was by far the nicest unit. We had no issues, carpet was clean, linens were in good shape, the kitchen had everything we needed, we made several meals, the beds were nice. The air conditioning worked well, the pool was fine for a quick splash, twice a day garbage pickup. The community pool with water slides, a putt putt course was all very nice. Also, we had family that rented two other units on Kingsbarn St (from other rental companies), those units were not as nice as ours, everyone agreed our unit was the best. We had a total of 19 family members in the three units, we were in town from Michigan for a wedding. I highly recommend this unit.

As a family of 7 adults we had a wonderful stay the house was exactly what we needed and wanted lots of space bedrooms were large and comfortable plenty of hot water for showering. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some . I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again big bonus is it was a very short walk to the retreat pool/ waterside complex that if free for all guest . In all the perfect stay

What an amazing stay my family and I have had at Kingsbarn on the Champions Gate complex. The Townhouse was spacious and well eequipt. The pool was great for our boys to enjoy.. The bedrooms big sizes with plenty of storage and beds super comfortable. We found the xomplex to be safe and the incluaivw use of the communal pool area both in retreat and oasis club brilliant. Thank you to Lynn and team at florida vacations for a enjoyable stay hopefully we will be back.🩷

The place was immaculate and very nice. Communicating with the host was a breeze and they were very responsive! We enjoyed the stay and will definitely look to book with them again in the future.
