With a total of ten beautifully appointed bedrooms, our home offers ample space for large groups or multiple families. Three king bedrooms are located downstairs for easy accessibility, while the upstairs boasts seven more bedrooms, each furnished with a plush king-sized bed for the ultimate in restful slumber. Additionally, there are two bunk bedrooms on the upper level, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for children and adults alike.
Step outside to your own private oasis, complete with a large pool and spillover spa for hours of refreshing relaxation. The built-in BBQ with sink and fridge makes poolside dining a breeze, while the water lounge area beckons you to unwind with a good book or a refreshing drink. Eight lounge chairs offer plenty of space for sunbathing, while the basketball hoop adds an element of fun and activity. After a swim, rinse off in the outdoor shower before retreating to the covered living area for shade and comfort.
For movie nights or gaming sessions, our theater room is equipped with a projector and a 150” screen, ensuring an immersive viewing experience. Sink into the large screening sectional or cozy up in one of the bean bag chairs for hours of entertainment. Additional movie seats provide ample seating for everyone to enjoy their favorite films in style.
The second floor living room offers a relaxed gathering space with a large smart TV and built-in kitchen area for snacks and drinks. Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
- Max of 5 cars per address. Please note that all vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted within the Bears Den community and vehicles parked on the street will be towed.

Beautiful luxurious home

The moment we walked in you can tell it was top of the line luxurious, not only in looks but in cleanliness and details. It was just the perfect size for our big group and I think we used almost every inch of that house. We had a few things that we had to address but management was quick to respond; and overall it was a great memorable experience. Definitely would recommend again!
