Maravilla 2309 is a very nice condo in a perfect location. The furniture and the main bed are comfortable. All the wonderful paintings on the walls were signed by “K Matter', which I assume is the condo owner but this wasn't verified. My only suggestion would be to add high top furniture on the balcony in order to see over the rails when sitting. There is plenty of yard space dogs - just be watchful because everyone doesn't act responsible with their pet. The clean, beautiful beach is steps away with easy access. Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's are both easy walking distance as well as a few other establishments. We stayed 11 nights and hated to leave, so we've already booked for next year!

Terrific view on big porch!!! We felt right at home here with a very well stocked kitchen with 2 types of coffee pots Very dog friendly complex which was fun!! Our condo was extremely clean and close to elevator The neat extra in our unit was the Original art, which we appreciated— also complex has a great workout room close to nice pickle ball courts, If possible, maybe owners would replace chairs on porch?? We are looking forward to a future stay here!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO, it has a great view of the Gulf, easy beach access. There was a little construction going on with the building, but it was of little disruption.

Great gulf views! Awesome location! Pet friendly. Close to attractions and restaurants. Gated parking area. Felt safe. We look forward to our annual trip to Maravilla.

The unit is very clean, the bed is comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. We loved not having to look for parking just walk across to the beach. The pool on site also very clean. It was the perfect weekend getaway for us and our 2 dogs. The view exactly like the picture. Loved it!!!
