Feb/Mar 2026 stay at a Villa on Reunion Golf Resort

Reunion Resort Water Park had just reopened after repairs and water was not heated but was too frigid cold to use facilities. This was a big disappointment as our family had counted on spending a number of days at the water park. Instead we travelled from our Villa to spend time at a distant pool at 7 Eagles. Our Villa was clean and comfortable but lighting was burnt out at suite entry which made it very dark and difficult to access the key code lock at night. This was reported but was not corrected during our stay apparently because it was the Condo Associations responsibility. This was a safety concern and should have been addressed the first day it was reported. The restaurants and personnel at the Hotel were great, in fact the food at the tapas on 11th floor was fantastic and made for delicious and enjoyable dining.

We love Reunion Resort! Our Villa, as usual, was wonderful!!! Staff at lobby always so pleasant and helpful! Reservations also. I have a couple recommendations that would enhance the stay.... for the Villas you provide soap and shampoo, but boxes of tissues in the bedrooms and extra papertowels and toilet paper would be helpful. I know the water park was closed for renovation, but that wasn't scheduled until well after reservations, it would be nice if you offered some time of compensation since that was part of the package when not available after a reservation is made. Maybe a food coupon credit for putt putt golf or food or something. Also, a few repair needs: The entry outside light is out, front bedroom with 2 beds really needs a blackout curtail or blinds. The outside light shines thru the curtain at night and is very bright. The back door handle and door stop rod needs to be repaired. It appears they were damaged. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'll be back!!!!

The unit was great!!! Loved it. The lady at the front desk must have been new and wasn't familiar...She did not know how to check me in.I gave her my name. She was asking me if I got an email and I said just look me up on your computer. She finally got help from someone in the back office. She did not even write out Unit # down for us...we had the door code but no unit #. She did not give us a key for the swimming pool next door.

My family found Reunion five years ago and have returned each year since! We prefer to rent directly from Reunion so our needs can be met on site. It is clean, quiet, and adequately equipped for a relaxing stay. We look forward to returning each year.
