Our stay at 1425 Fairview Circle was disappointing from the very beginning. The experience started with a late check-in. We were unable to access the property until approximately 4:40 PM. Prior to our arrival, your communications made it very clear that check-in begins at 4:00 PM and that guests who check out late and inconvenience the next guests may be charged a fee. Given that expectation, it was disappointing that the same level of consideration was not extended to us when our check-in was delayed. On our first night, the breaker in Bedroom #5 repeatedly tripped, making the room unusable for several hours while the maintenance team attempted to diagnose the issue. The response was disorganized. The first technician was unable to access the garage, which delayed the repair even further. Michael P. also responded, but he believed he was there to address an air conditioning issue and left after discovering it was actually an electrical problem. As a result, the issue took much longer to resolve than it should have. On Saturday, during heavy rain, the ceiling above the stackable washer and dryer began leaking. I contacted Engineering to have someone inspect the leak and confirm whether it was still safe to use the laundry appliances. Unfortunately, no one ever came to inspect the issue or followed up with us. Additionally, the kitchen has extremely low water pressure, and the faucet installation makes it difficult to get hot water, which was another inconvenience throughout our stay. While we understand that unexpected maintenance issues can occur, the combination of a delayed check-in, electrical problems that rendered a bedroom unusable, an unresolved ceiling leak, and ongoing plumbing issues significantly impacted our experience. We expected a much higher standard of service and communication. Given the number and severity of these issues, I would appreciate speaking with someone about an appropriate credit or partial refund for our stay. Hi! Overall, we had a great stay and found the space to be clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The only issue we encountered was that the ceiling fan in my son's room was not working. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more basic supplies on hand, such as cleaning products, extra toilet paper, and additional towels. Aside from those minor items, it was a great space and worked well for our needs.

House was clean and spacious but warn out and in need of updating, especially bathrooms. Household supplies were minimal (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, etc). There were no extra blankets in living room. There were no spices in kitchen. For price the basics should be covered but the house was clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay at the resort.

âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Reunion Resort home! Every detail was perfect — the house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious. Each of the five bedrooms had its own en-suite bathroom, which made it ideal for our group to spread out and still have privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living spaces were comfortable and inviting, and the pool area was pure relaxation — perfect for morning coffee or evening swims. The resort amenities were also top-notch, from the beautiful grounds to the nearby dining and recreation options. The hosts thought of everything, and communication was excellent from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home and would definitely stay here again!
