As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
Guests of Guests: Day Guests are allowed into the community if they have been pre-registered to the address and can provide a driver s license.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Wonderful Family Condo Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Windsor Hills condo. The space was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, making it a comfortable home away from home. The resort amenities were a highlight, especially the pool, which our kids absolutely loved. We also really appreciated the added security at the resort, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
