Great location. Within walking distance of so many restaurants. A hop and a skip and you're on the beach. I was shocked at the price (meaning great price), after realizing how close we were to the beach. This was only a short trip, so every day, we got up and walked to the beach in less than a minute? You can probably do it faster, but it was too hot :). The room had everything we needed and more. I will 100% be using this place again. You get a view off the dock as well. They have a pool and laundry on site. Easy access to everything. GREAT value.

Older condo and small, but accommodations were just fine for my wife and I. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was great. We miss the personal touch of an onsite property mgr. but understand the associated costs. Check in process was fine and everything went smoothly.

What a wonderful condo to rent in Clearwater! So cozy and close to EVERYTHING! Was able to check in and out very easily and the neighbors were pleasant. We went in February but everything was still buzzing in the community between bars, restaurants, beaches, etc. Everything we needed was provided in the condo so we didn't need to venture out for any supplies. Will be back!
