Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars (or 3 large passenger vans).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
For visitors, there is a maximum of 3 cars per property.
No RVs or trailers allowed in resort
*Once you complete our registration form, you will be receiving a link via email and/or text message from the resort gate system.
It is Imperative this link is completed in entirety or you will not be able to access the gate, resort amenities or your vacation rental home. Do Not List Anyone Under the Age of 18

We are pleased to offer two clubhouses at Championsgate Resort, this property is located closest to the Retreat Clubhouse
It is a 1-minute drive or 5-minute walk to the Retreat clubhouse from this property address.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
This is an industry-standard practice.
FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
