Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 2 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
Please take note that renters are not allowed to bring in personal watercraft such as boats, jet skis, etc. You may bring in and use kayaks.
This home is not pet-friendly.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a background check is required per community guidelines. The fee is $50 per person and is non-refundable.

Ocean Isles is a beautiful community with amazing views. The unit and all of the property was immaculate. The pool was large and overlooked the Atlantic. We will be returning next year.

Loved the sunrise from balcony. The only bad thing is you will get wet sitting out enjoying coffee watching it come up because of the lack of downspouts on short extension of roof. This place is very clean. It doesn’t have a dish washer but that really didn’t bother me. I was happy there is a washer and dryer do that I could pack lighter for travel here. Marathon in general is a great mid-way between all the keys. I would definitely stay here again.
