2nd Level of the Home:
The main floor of Casa Del Mar features a welcoming foyer that leads into a spacious great room. This area includes a fully equipped chef s kitchen with modern appliances, along with a comfortable living room perfect for relaxation. Large sliding glass doors enhance the space by providing easy access to the outdoor patio while maximizing natural light. On this level, you ll find two luxurious master suites, each with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and private exit to the patio. Additionally, there are two guest rooms: bedroom 3 with a king-size bed and bedroom 4 featuring two queen-size beds, both complete with their own en-suite bathrooms. For added convenience, a half bathroom is located off the living area, making this thoughtfully designed layout ideal for comfort and relaxation.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs, with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

Beautiful house, great location, loved the outdoor amenities! Lots of space for 8 people. We also appreciated the text messages throughout our stay (I.e., reminder on garage, alert when staff would be by the property, also assistance when we didn’t have water).

Beautiful house right near Sombrero beach! We were able to walk, bike or drive to the beach and many restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the slower pace of Marathon compared to Key West. The house is new and has everything needed to enjoy a wonderful week of vacation.

So many entertaining things at this house, we didn't have to leave! Ping Pong, Foos Ball, poker Table, pool and outdoor grilling while we watched our bowl games.

This house is simply beautiful. House and appliances all brand new. Spacious rooms, lovely pool and canal-side patio with outdoor barbecue, pool-side furniture, ping pong table. Kayaks included. Spacious dockage for boat. The host was very proactive, fast with responses. You can walk to Publix and Walgreens, if you wish. We spent hours hanging out around the pool. Paid to heat pool and glad we did. Very relaxing visit.

Beautiful home and location for our family vacation. Close to shopping. Lower level games and pool kept everyone happy and busy. Saw pelicans and manatees from the dock! Would love to come back!
