1st Level of the Duplex Home (Outdoor Oasis):
This elevated duplex home is set on stilts, with the first level dedicated to outdoor amenities. There are also 4 bicycles available to you, perfect for a ride down to Sombrero Beach or the nearby grocery plaza.
The property includes 26 feet of deep-water docking, with a fish cleaning table to prepare your catch. There s plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation.
The fully fenced yard is ideal for pets to enjoy paradise alongside you.
2nd Level of the Duplex Home:
The second level, which serves as the main living area, features a spacious living room, a large kitchen perfect for meal preparation, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals.
This level also includes Bedroom 2, furnished with a king-size bed, and provides access to a full bathroom conveniently located near the kitchen. Additionally, a laundry area is available for your convenience, and the deck offers a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
3rd Level of the Duplex Home:
The third level features 3 additional bedrooms offering a variety of bed accommodations, with all except the bunk bedroom including Smart TVs. The master suite includes a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity. The other two bedrooms consist of a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heat/chill is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

Beautiful, spacious and nicely appointed home with a small but very comfortable and tranquil tropical back yard and small pool. Upstairs back porch was nice too with great sunset views and a nice breeze. The weather was beautiful during our stay, but still a bit cool to use the pool. Nice wide canal. It took 20-25 minutes to get out to ocean. Dock is shared (duplex) but our neighbor didn’t bring a boat so no big deal. My husband did go buy a hose at Home Depot to flush his boat motor because he couldn’t remove the valve to attach it. Kitchen well stocked but would be nice to have some smaller paring knives and or steak knives. All the knives were huge butcher knives. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the home.

The location of this place is hard to beat. It's a 1-2 minute drive to Sombrero Beach or a 20ish minute walk. It's a nice quiet neighborhood that feels very serene and is right down the street from the grocery store. And if you bring watercraft, the floating dock is PERFECT. We loved being able to take boat trips right out of the backyard. And the heated pool made for a really spot to enjoy a family trip! Place was also nice and tidy, with lots of community room to hang out.

Wonderful place to stay with gorgeous canal views and easy dock access for snorkeling trips. Great restaurants are nearby, and a grocery store is just around the corner. Sombrero Beach is walkable or 2 minutes by car. The private pool with toys was a hit, and the home was perfectly equipped. I've already recommended it to friends, and we're considering a return trip next year!

Very well set up property that was clean, and brights and had comfortable beds and furnishings. Plenty of parking and responsive host.
